Jennifer Garner Hilariously Navigates a Haunted House: “Take My Son!”

In a recent Instagram video, Jennifer Garner showcased her comical reactions while navigating a haunted house with her family, revealing just how unprepared she was for the spooky experience.

The actress, known for her roles in Deadpool and Wolverine, captured the hilarity as she screamed and laughed her way through the dimly-lit attraction, even jokingly offering up her 12-year-old son, Samuel Affleck, to the ghosts lurking within.

In the clip, Garner films herself while wandering through the haunted house, frequently addressing the performers and oscillating between fits of laughter and shrieks of terror. “I don’t like when they pursue us,” she exclaimed, raising her hand in a mock gesture of surrender. “Don’t pursue!”

When one of her children tried to reassure her, she responded, “Why are you saying I’m alright? I’m not alright!” Her panicked reactions continued as she yelled at the monsters to stay away, before attempting a bold move: confronting the spirits directly. “There’s a person,” she declared. “I see you and I’m not frightened of you.”

However, her son seemed to disagree with her fearless stance. “Mom, you’re breaking my hand,” he said, visibly distressed. “I can’t actually feel my hand.”

In a hilarious turn of events, Garner quickly threw her son under the bus as a monster approached, shouting, “I’m not who you want! Take my son!”

Despite the frightful experience, she praised the haunted house, describing it as “very effective.” Here’s hoping she and her family make it to another one before Halloween wraps up!
